NPS London 
A housing development brochure that targets a space in the market

NPS London is a Property development and management company. They were looking for a memorable brochure that could be left with prospective clients after key presentations and proposals. After planning the brochure’s concept I worked with a copywriter to develop the content.

We completed a photoshoot of all of the new buildings that had been completed recently. These images were then used as a reference for some bespoke illustrations. 

It is perfect bound with a matt laminated cover and debossed logo.
